Nanoose Bay, BC resident Lizzie McCorquodale multi-media artist, painter, musician, since the age of 10.

As a self-directed artist, a life-time of exposure to the performing and visual arts and many classes, workshops and live experiences continue to fuel and inform the creative fires.

Lizzie loves the physical and energetic action of painting and the connection to the brain as the colorful paint slides off the brush and onto the surface. As a child Lizzie experienced synesthesia, illustrating a connection between line and sound and colour, and with a developing understanding of autism and all of it's various presentations on it's spectrum she explores the meaning of spatial relationships to her own center of being and the amazing effects that colour, light, pattern and vibrations can have on the psyche.
